Two Brunettes will gladly accept merchandise, for return or exchange, in its original condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be accompanied by an invoice. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

REFUNDS
Returns made (postmarked) within 10 DAYS of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment. Day of delivery counts as day 1!
EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT
Returns made (postmarked) within 11-20 DAYS of delivery are eligible for an exchange or store credit, which is good for one year of use - online only.
We cannot accept any returns after 20 days of purchase.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for return. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.
We thoroughly inspect all items when we receive them, but if you believe you've received a damaged or defective item, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email hello@iibrunettes.com so we can take care of it. We want you to love everything you purchase from us, and we will work with you to make it right! We ask that you reach out within the 20 day return period.
