Online orders are subject to the same return/exchange policy as in-store purchases. Purchases will have 7 days from the day the order is delivered to the shipping address to initiate a return or exchange (subject to availability). Two Brunettes will gladly accept any merchandise in its original condition with tags attached. Acceptable returns will receive a store credit that is stored in our computer system and is good for 1 year at both locations. Please contact email@example.com to initiate a return or exchange.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for return. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.
We thoroughly inspect all items when we receive them, but if you believe you've received a damaged or defective item, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can take care of it.
