7 Day Return Policy
We want you to love everything you receive from us, but we understand not everything works out! 

 Online orders are subject to the same return/exchange policy as in-store purchases. Purchases will have 7 days from the day the order is delivered to the shipping address to initiate a return or exchange (subject to availability). Two Brunettes will gladly accept any merchandise in its original condition with tags attached.  We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. Acceptable returns will receive a store credit, in the form of a digital gift card, that is good for 1 year of use on our website (www.iibrunettes.com). We will reach out via e-mail with store credit once your return has been received and processed - please check your spam folder! Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

Returns

To initiate a return:

1. Log in to you account.
(If you don't have an account, email us at hello@iibrunettes.com)
2. Click the order you would like to request a return for.
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
4. Select a return reason.
5. Submit your request.
 
Once your return request has been approved, please mail your item(s), with invoice or receipt, to the address below:

Exchanges
To initiate an exchange:

1. Follow the steps above to return your item(s).
2. Email us at hello@iibrunettes.com to request an exchange. 
- Please specify the name, size (if applicable), and quantity of the item you would like. If available, we will place the item(s) on hold for you and instruct you on next steps. 


Shoe Returns
Shoe Returns

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for return. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs. Follow the return guidelines above.


Defective
Damaged/Defective Merchandise

We thoroughly inspect all items when we receive them, but if you believe you've received a damaged or defective item, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email shoptwobrunettes@gmail.com so we can take care of it. We want you to love everything you purchase from us, and we will work with you to make it right!
