HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY 

For purchases made November 14 - December 23, 2025

 Two Brunettes will gladly accept merchandise (for return or exchange) in its original condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be accompanied by this invoice. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

Refunds: Returns mailed back within 10 days of delivery are eligible for exchange or refund to the original form of payment. Day of delivery counts as day 1!

Store Credit: Returns mailed outside of our standard 10-day refund window will receive store credit only.

Holiday purchases must be returned (mailed) by January 10th.

All accessories, jewelry, perfumes, swimwear, special orders, and sale items are FINAL SALE.

We want you to love everything you receive from us, but we understand not everything works out! 

Online orders are subject to the same return/exchange policy as in-store purchases.

Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed once received!

Exchanges/Store Credit: Returns mailed within 11-20 DAYS of delivery are eligible for an exchange or store credit, which is good for one year of use - online only

*We cannot accept any returns mailed back after 20 days of delivery.*

Returns

To initiate a return:

1. Log in to you account.

2. Click the order you would like to request a return for.
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
4. Select a return reason.
5. Submit your request.
 
Once your return request has been approved, please mail your item(s), with invoice or receipt, to the address below:

Exchanges
To initiate an exchange:

1. Follow the steps above to return your item(s).
2. Email us at hello@iibrunettes.com to request an exchange. 
- Please specify the name, size (if applicable), and quantity of the item you would like. If available, we will place the item(s) on hold for you and instruct you on next steps. 





Shoe Returns
Shoe Returns

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for return. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs. Follow the return guidelines above.




Defective

Damaged/Defective Merchandise

We thoroughly inspect all items when we receive them, but if you believe you've received a damaged or defective item, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email hello@iibrunettes.com so we can take care of it. We want you to love everything you purchase from us, and we will work with you to make it right!
We do ask that you contact us during the 20 day return period.
